Aim & public

The target group for Workshop 2 are university scientists, employees from industry, in particular those responsible for product safety or employees of food authorities.

Contents are the legal background of food contact materials, the complex details of substance transport through packaging materials and the application of mathematical models.

Maximum number of attendees is 15.
